We are a small family business consisting of Frank Tigwell – fully trained Gas Corgi Engineer and Suzanne Tigwell who runs the day to day office and diary appointments. The office is manned Monday to Thursday 9-5 which reassures customers of a high level of service and emergency care our aim is always to give our customers a voice at the end of the phone.
Although we do not offer a 24 hour emergency cover we take the responsibility of care very seriously and assisting our customers to ensure high standards our reputation means everything to us and we enjoy repeat business and clients refer us on my word of mouth we have been very fortunate to have been one of the 1st registered with Trading Standards “Buy With Confidence Scheme” this service offered by Guildford Council – offers reassurance to householders that Frank Tigwell Gas Corgi Eng. Has been fully vetted and checked out – all legal paperwork endorsed and updated yearly – so taking the worry out of home owners especially the vulnerable and elderly.
